Miriam Bailey and Lily Kovalenko met during their final semester of college, where a shared class quickly revealed a natural creative alignment. After completing internships at the same Sacramento design boutique—and being hired on as designers—their synergy was unmistakable. Encouraged to work in tandem, the two soon evolved from a professional collaboration into a trusted partnership.
Their personal journeys—marked by growth, reinvention, and continued education—shape a design approach grounded in intention, refinement, and a faith-driven commitment to stewardship.
With over 30+ years of combined experience, their expertise spans the precision of pharmacy, the strategic lens of real estate, and the artistry of full-scale remodeling. This rare intersection of disciplines allows them to manage each project with both elevated vision and meticulous care.

LILY KOVALENKO
Lily began her education and career path in Ukraine as a Pharmacist, developing a meticulous eye for detail. Once in the States, she decided to return to school to pursue her passion for Interior Design and earn her degree. She is a mother of two boys and a Travel lifestyle ambassador, bringing a global, live-in perspective to every project. She specializes in Contemporary, mid-century, modern, and Transitional styles, ensuring every space she touches is as structurally sound as it is visually captivating.

Miriam began her career in the corporate sector for the first 10+ years. After becoming a mother, she sought out a more flexible schedule and pivoted to real estate sales. She possesses 13+ years of real estate experience, with an eye and a deep understanding of home structures, recognizing potential and ROI (Return on Investment) for each property. Once both her kiddos graduated from college, she followed her lifelong passion for interior design and transformations, returning to college and earning her credentials as a paraprofessional interior designer. From rafters to rugs, Miriam’s mission is to bring your home’s “hard and soft” halves into perfect, lasting harmony.
