FIREPLACE REFACING

A fireplace is the heart of a room, so when this dated brick fireplace needed a refresh, we reimagined it as a warm, timeless focal point. Working with the home's existing whitewashed brick, we refaced the firebox surround and hearth with tumbled natural stone and added a hand-finished cast-stone mantel for a classic, European-inspired presence.

The transformation blends old-world character with clean, modern function — natural stone textures, soft neutral tones, and a substantial mantel that grounds the space and gives the mounted TV a polished home. The result feels both established and fresh, like it was always meant to be there.

From careful tile-setting to the finished styling, this project shows the design-build difference — structural updates and refined finishes handled under one roof.
